So thanks to a little bit of ice and arctic (read: in the 30s) temperatures, Texas is kind of screwed right now. Thankfully, local law enforcement stands ready to protect critical services, particularly the ones most critical to them.

This driver in Houston captured video of a Shipley's Do-Nuts truck getting a police escort on an icy highway.

That's right. A DONUT TRUCK. GETTING A POLICE ESCORT. It's basically a real-life episode of The Simpsons.
