We're going to go ahead and claim the Jerrari. That's the part 1969 Wagoneer, part Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 that the late casino mogul — and owner of 1,500 cars — Bill Harrah had built (probably on a dare) for his own amusement back in the early 1970s. Apparently Enzo had turned down his request for a 4x4 Ferrari. (He'd have had to wait four decades for the Ferrari FF.) Later in its life, the Jerrari's original, 4.4-liter Ferrari V12 was swapped for a plebeian small-block V8, but in its day, it was fully functional — even in four-wheel low.
