Lamborghini has not announced how much their upcoming Huracan will cost in America or Europe, but they did just officially declare its price in China. It's gonna be expensive.
Autohome.cn reports that the Huracan will cost Chinese gajillionaires 4,290,880 yuan, or $709,000 in USD.
While this might sound like a lot, Car News China points out that supercars like this are significantly more expensive in China than they are in America. Take, for example, the new C7 Corvette Stingray. Here in the US it starts at $53,000. In China? $245,000.
Car News China also notes that the Huracan starts at just below the price of the most expensive Gallardos you can buy today. In China, base Gallardo starts at 3.48 million yuan ($575,000 USD) and tops out around 4.9 million yuan ($810,000 USD) for the Super Trofeo Stradale. In America, a base Gallardo starts at around $200k and the Super Trofeo Stradale stickers for $268,655.
If I were to make an educated guess, I'd tell you that the Huracan would slot somewhere in between those two prices.
