Watch The Feds Brutally Execute An Illegally-Imported Land Rover
Yesterday we saw the U.S. Customs and Border Protection release a photo of them crushing a VIN-swapped, illegally imported Land Rover Defender near Baltimore. Here is the video of the brutal execution.
The Land Rover is the sad and innocent party in this whole affair. We all know that it's basically the same vehicle as the 25+ year-old Defenders we Americans can legally import into our country. That this example got caught up in a VIN-swapping enterprise means it had to die.
Of course, if the US, Japan, and the EU could agree to uniform safety and emission standards, rather than regulate out imports like this, we'd never have this problem.
It's a sad day for hoons.
