This Abu Dhabi Police Car Is A 770-Horsepower Lykan HyperSport

If you were thinking about trying to outrun the police in Abu Dhabi, you can't. The newest addition to their fleet of police cars is a 770-horsepower Lykan HyperSport. This car is one of just seven ever made and retails for $3.4 million.

At this point, it's hack to joke that someone who buys a fancy car is compensating for something, but that appears to be what Abu Dhabi is actually doing. It seems as though Abu Dhabi is tired of living in the shadow of Dubai (whose police fleet includes a Ferrari and an Aventador), so they're bringing in supercars of their own.

In both fleets, these flashy cars are used more as tourist attractions than for actual police duties, but they're still very, very cool cars for a police force.
