Well, hello gorgeous. Aren't you a nice surprise for our Wednesday night! Ladies and gentlemen, meet the Volvo Concept Coupé, whose design previews where the Swedish brand is going.

We now have full pics of the mysterious coupe Volvo has been teasing for days now. Designed in-house by Volvo's Thomas Ingenlath, it will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week.

From the rear angle, you can definitely see some P1800 influence, and that's always a good thing. Dare I say it looks a bit Aston Martin-ish from other angles?

Volvo says this car is "the first out of three concept cars that points out the new design direction" for the brand, and that future Volvos will have the same grille and T-shaped headlamps.
