Not-Top-Gear is pulling an Eddie Murphy.

Clarkson, Hammond, and May’s The Grand Tour is expected to start in South Africa, but the VP of Amazon Europe announced today that the online show will also do live tapings in the UK, Germany, and the U.S.A.

It should be noted that their old Top Gear Live roadshow never came to America, which was sort of a glaring omission.

Here’s Amazon’s statement, as quoted by The Guardian:

“Fans have been asking us where The Grand Tour will be filming and how they can attend,” said Jay Marine, vice-president of Amazon Video Europe. “We’re delighted to announce today new studio locations in the UK, US and Germany as we continue our plans to bring this anticipated Amazon Prime show to fans around the world.”

Expect the Tall One, the Short One, and the Slow One to bring a gigantic tent of some kind Stateside before the end of the year. They haven’t announced where in the U.S. they’re going, but it’ll probably just be wherever the three of them wanna go on vacay.
