Fifth Gear is kind of like the off-season version of Top Gear. Both have that unmistakable British narration, with liberal use of adjectives like "brilliant", "mega", "amazing", and "fantastic". There's plenty of high priced sheet metal, tire smoke, and blatant favortism of British cars. But Fifth Gear doesn't have the jaw-dropping visuals of Top Gear, nor the comic absurdity, nor Hammonds extra-bright teeth. Fifth Gear presenter Vicki Butler-Henderson is much nicer to look at than Clarkson, though, so that's worth something. Plus she can probably drive better than us.
