One of the most powerful of all Decepticons was Devastator, considered by himself at least to be the most powerful robot — and yes, that's why he should rule. And if you didn't get the joke there, head down to your local comic book shop and interrogate the nearest fan-boy. He'll spill his guts and empty his bladder at the same time out of fear alone at someone talking to him. Especially when you tell him it's because you saw some new set pictures from the live-action Transformers movie. And even more especially when you tell him you saw a construction crane in the shots and you think it might be Scavenger, one of the five six Decepticons who turned into Devastator.
