Our main man Zerin's got the hook up for us this AM with some hot-ass hatch pics — and that big booty appears to belong to the 2008 Subaru WRX with the upward-extended yet not lengthwise-extended rear-end. Like we reported last October, it'll be based on the Subie's B5 concept and a departure from the power wagon form factor of old. But that's the looks — what about the brains? Dubspeed's thinking it'll have a 2.5-liter H4 turbo with an output of 330 hp or higher. We don't know about all of that, but we do know it's a rapid form-factor departure for the Impreza.
