Please to ignore that man under the potato sack. He's allegedly driving the upcoming Audi Q5, which if all goes according to conjecture, will debut in 2009. Car insists a 400-hp Porsche-tuned version of the small SUV is forthcoming, though the Stuttgarters have said nein to that noise. Nonetheless, the new ute will be based on the new, modular Audi A4 platform and be built at the company's Ingolstadt plant. Look to the Shanghai surprise Cross Coupe concept car below for hints.

Wow. How environmentally concious of Audi - a biodegradable camo kit.
But can we all agree that "coupe" means 2 doors?
Shouldn't a "Cross Coupe" mean an angry 2 door?
Thats gotta be some king of safety hazard.
Message to Audi:
This is a sedan. Very nice, but not a coupe.
Tone down the agressive styling elements, make the roof rack optional, price it right, and you've got a hit.
Nice looking hot hatch. Does it come in a sedan?
The agressively sloping rear glass seems to be all the Deutch rage these days (see BMW X6)... Not sure I'm feeling it...
@jrlombard: The wind's not feelin' it, either. Cd is much better than if you had a big square back creating a vacuum to slow you down and suck gas/diesel.
