If one needed any further proof that North Korea's Li'l Kim is a batshit-insane megalomaniac, one need look no further than his edict that Japanese cars in the nation shall be confiscated (with the exception of those belonging to celebrities and intelligence services. The tiny despot apparently issued the order after leaving Kumsusan Memorial Palace, site of his father's embalmed body, and seeing a broken-down Japanese car on the side of the road. What a maroon.
