Hoon Seizures Happening in Australia

Sometimes, we just like to report on anti-hoon legislation because the language makes us giggle. To wit:

"The anti-hooning laws give police the power to impound vehicles used for hooning for 48 hours."

And

The figures show the top five 'hoon hotspots' were the Gold Coast, Logan, Redcliffe, Bundaberg and Townsville.

But really, in a place called "Townsville," what else could there be to do but engage in hoonage?
