Oh crap. Now they want to ban smoking in cars carrying kids in California. And smoking in state parks. Not that one should smoke in an enclosed space around children, but please, California, we have enough laws. Can't we do something productive with our legislative time? This is just getting silly.

What's needed is a way to keep the corndogs from electing these same kinds of twits over and over.
On the other hand, medical marijuana is legal and available in California due to the efforts of some of the same "twits".
Just move back to Texas, Davey. Remember, the only place you can't smoke in Austin is in bars... which still makes absolutely no fucking sense to me.

So we were lane splitting on Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood coming home from Trader Joe's the other day (on the 1983 Yamaha Riva 180 scooter of course) and some dude in a sparkling new Prius tosses his ciggy butt out the window right in front of us. Time for Bad Cop. Very enexpectedly face-to-face throught his still open window: "Thanks for saving the environment, Mr. Poseur Prius." Dude jumped about a foot in his chair! Ha!
Ok, so all you (ciggy) smokers can kill yourselves how ever you want. We all make our choices. I just might die from over-consumption of Sam Adams Holiday Ales. You never know.
But smoking in a park? C'mon- the rest of us are out there for fresh air, ok? We don't get 'smoking breaks' like you, we need our fresh air on the weekends, so PLEASE keep the puffing in the parking lot or wherever. And if you MUST smoke, please let the kids off the hook. Lordy knows we have enuf idiot laws here in CA, but there are plenty of dumfux out there who insist on puffing with all the punkins around that some dude in Sacramento decided he needed a new Cause.
On that note, I'll finish off that bottle of two buck chuck over there in the kitchen. Choose yer poison! (but harm no others)
We liberals also like smoking.
Why not just legislate one free smoke zone in the state and be done with it? I vote for Bakersfield.
Maybe its time to reasses a few priorities?
