A street-legal Ultima GTR has broken several speed-related records, making it the official vehicle of those with muscular necks who are unafraid of racking up double-digit license points. Powered by a 377ci Chevy engine, and tuned to within an inch of its life by American Speed, the GTR did a zero-to-100-mph-to-zero sprint in under 10 seconds, zero to 100 mph in 5.8 seconds, zero to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds, and braking from 100 mph to zero in 3.8 seconds.
