Holden's Port Melbourne, Australia facility has become the third global design center in GM's master plan to completely revamp the way they develop vehicles, and the Holdens couldn't be more tickled. However, GM global design veep Ed Welburn says that he doesn't want the streamlining process to created a global line of cookie-cutter cars: "In no way do I want to lose these regional differences.
