Three British teenage hooligans in the midst of speeding in a stolen Escort they eventually ended up torching blew past a speed camera and made sure they put their best faces forward as they hurtled by. When the cops matched the picture up to the burned-out hulk, they were so elated they promptly nicknamed the stupid hoons "Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest." Really, it was just a cry for help.
