While the 7-Series models meet the requirements of ballistic protection level B6/B7 (i.e., assault rifle with armor-piericng rounds, plus blast protection) The 5-Series models meet level B4 (i.e., .44 Magnum handgun, submachine gun and assault rifle), making it perfect for lesser cabinet ministers, underworld couriers (gambling, prostitution) and pension fund-looting CEOs. That, and writers of unfavorable reviews of ill-conceived luxury SUVs.
