    Countdown to the late-decade crossover SUV blast-off is at T-minus one, and we may have just enough dehydrated ice cream to ride out at least the initial wave. Of course, by 2008 we'll likely be on the horn for more supplies. That's when Hyundai's new Mesa — the Koreans' answer to the Saturn Outlooks and Ford Edges of the word — will hit the soon-to-be crowded marketplace. The upmarket Mesa will be powered by the corporate 3.8-liter V6 (Entourage minivan, Azera sedan) producing a reported 270 to 280 hp. All that and a third row of seats for the kids, or astronauts accustomed to small spaces.
