Cinematographer Sean Casey wants nature's true money shot, in IMAX. That is, he wants to shoot a tornado as it passes over the camera's position, the extreme logistics of which would make a team of Navy Seals hop a freight-train to Boston. Actually, all he needed was a vehicle that could withstand Zephyros-grade winds (and maybe a few out-of-control Gurnseys traveling at around Mach 0.1). You know where this is leading. He took a Ford F-450 dually, added a layer of haphazardly welded steel, a roof turret to house the camera, and a few Lexan prison-style windows, and created The Tornado Intercept Vehicle, or TIV. Now all he needs is a tornado.
