We've been hearing rumors for about a year that BMW's Rolls-Royce division was working up a new, smaller car to appeal to the ever-so-slightly less moneyed. It's been no secret that that Rolls would react to slow sales of its Phantom in Europe with a new model priced similarly to VW's brisk-selling Bentley Continental range — and smaller than the HMS Phantom. Word is, the "baby" Rolls is expected to hit within four years' time.
