Black Flag's "I Can See You" may have been the band's last studio recording, but BMW is only just introducing its Night Vision system in the US for its 5-Series and 6-Series cars this coming March. (Betcha didn't think we could shoehorn that punk rock reference into this post, did you?) The driver-assistance feature, which allows a driver to see objects in the dark — at a range of up to 1,000 feet — on cars' control display (via a thermal imaging camera), has been available on 7-Series cars since late 2005. The system will be an option on all 5-Series and 6-Series models, though no word on price yet.
