The most salient line from "Mad" Maximillian Cooper's interview with the BBC has to be where he says:
"60 kph...which is well within the speed limit...it would appear to be a genuine sort of accident where this elderly couple just pulled out in front of them."I don't know, you tell me — does that Golf look like it sustained a 60 kph crash?
