Brabus S V12 S to Debut in Geneva

The turbo-hungry tuner bots at Brabus have cooked up new evidence to prove the adage, "there's no replacement for displacement" (which, in the company's Google-translated press release, reads "nothing can replace displacement except more displacement"). The Brabus S V12 S Biturbo, which will make its first appearance at the Geneva show, is an overly juiced version of the Mercedes V12-powered S-Class W221, and possibly the world's fastest luxury sedan. In typical Brabus fashion, it's been upclocked with enough horsepower and torque to go from zero to next Thursday in under a minute (730hp and 974 lbs.-ft). Blame the performance on a bored-to-6.3-liter V12, intercooled twin turbos, custom intake and exhaust ports, new cams and other Brabus goodies. With an electronically limited top speed of 211 mph (zero to 62 mph in four seconds), it's definitely a sedan for the very, very late.
