Believe the Hype?: Its a Sequel

We were so busy looking at curvy sports cars from Detroit that we nearly forgot to mention the new GM Sequel, a hydrogen fuel-cell prototype SUV. The Sequel could be the first car-like hydrogen-fueled concept that can go as far as a conventional car on a fillup, 300 miles. Still, some say GM's fuel-cell efforts are a smokescreen for its behind-the-scenes anti-environmentalism. The New York Times uses the car's unveiling as a platform for a broader article on GM's business health. We're tired today. You guys read it and give us the talking points. Or, better yet, see what the guys at Treehugger have to say about it.
