Traditionally, the two major hot rod events that bookended the spring in California were the indoor Oakland Roadster Show in January and the outdoor Father's Day Weekend LA Roadster Show in Pomona. Now that Oakland's in Pomona, and its NorCal presence has been taken over by the much newer San Francisco Rod, Custom and Motorcycle Show, the LA Roadster Show and the Sacramento Autorama stand as the only longtime events held in their original California environs. The headline-misspellin' Joes over at Street Rodder had the place canvassed like it was an inflated bladder on a Sherman DD tank, so we'll direct you their way.
