Buick Stops Offering Manual Trans In Verano Because Nobody Bought It

The Buick Verano is dropping its manual transmission for the 2015 model year. I know what you're all thinking right now: "Buick offered the Verano with a manual?!"

For 2015, Buick is offering the Verano with some new colors and an available appearance package on the base car. That comes at the expense of the manual transmission in the Verano Turbo, an option that most of us either forgot existed or never even knew about in the first place.

Instead, the Verano will now only offer a six speed automatic on the car. Not that the manual in this Buick was ever really any loss. Have you ever seen a Verano with a manual transmission in the wild?
