Experience

Owen grew up in northern England, where he cut his teeth as a reporter for local newspapers and radio stations in between trips to the racetrack to watch every form of motorsport out there. He has spent the past seven years writing for print and digital publishers, covering the global drinks industry and the automotive world. After moving to New York in 2021, Owen joined the team at Jalopnik and has spent the years since reviewing dozens of cars, reporting on new model launches, and secretly trying to get us all out on our bicycles more often.

Education

Owen has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Lincoln in the UK.
