You get off the plane, acquire your rental car and then holy hell, you can't believe how terrible the drivers are in this godforsaken excuse for a country.
While I've seen plenty of terrible driving around the world, I've never seen a country with worse drivers than Israel, where I regularly witnessed people driving on the sidewalk to make it past traffic.
