The fine folks at Animal New York pointed us to Alejandro Cartagena, a Mexican photographer who works in the poorly-planned, sullen-teen-roaming suburban communities near Monterrey, Mexico. His latest series called Car Poolers is a bird's eye view of work men riding prostrate in trucks.

Some look skyward, some spot the photographer, some are asleep. Strange? Yes. Eerie? Sure. But all are eerie in a voyeuristically cool way.
