A 31-year-old man dressed as the comic book character Batman was arrested Wednesday in the city of Petoskey, MI after he was seen hanging from the wall of a downtown business on East Mitchell Street.

In a release, the Petoskey Department of Public Safety said officers pulled the man back onto the roof and found a baton-style striking weapon, a can of chemical irritant spray, and a pair of lead-lined gloves.

The suspect, a Harbor Springs resident, was arrested for trespassing and possession of dangerous weapons.

I know this has nothing to do with cars and I don't care because it's at least from Michigan and it's funny as hell — it's also why I'm creating a new tag "Off Topic But Awesome" or #OTBA.

Although I hear the Petoskey police are switching over from Chevy Impalas to Dodge Chargers. They bought five of them. So I guess there's that.
