Peugeot BB1 Concept: French For “WTF?”

The Peugeot BB1 concept's so insane-crazy-fascinating, it almost embodies the Hunter S. Thompson quote, "Too weird to live, and too rare to die." Gallery below of the love-child of a scooter and a car.

The only details we've been given is that "its mother was a scooter and its father was a car" — and yeah, that's about all we know.
