Motorized beer crate on public roads in Germany; No helmet, no shirt, Tevas, and a shit-eating grin, we suspect this video was immediately preceded by the German equivalent of "Hey guys, watch this!"

Our first guess was a 2-cycle scooter motor with a rigged up steering system installed in a Heineken crate, but upon closer inspection, we believe it to be a late model Hacker Pschorr. It's that fine level of detail which makes us experts in this field. [Regretful Morning]
