This Intersection Explains Why Driving In The Bay Area Is Awful

It is telling that the very name for rolling through a stop sign is a "California Stop." This particular intersection in Belmont, south of San Francisco, illustrates again why our drivers are so terrible at following the rules of the road.

It's a four-way blind intersection where, as KRON's "People Behaving Badly" series has found, nobody stops. To say it's an accident waiting to happen is an understatement.

Just chill out, Belmont drivers, and relax. Stop at the sign and appreciate the pretty flowers around you before resuming your lazy, inattentive drive through the Bay Area.
