The new year is just about upon us and hopefully it will bring some good things to the world of cars. Maybe we’ll get more electric cars, both affordable and sporty ones. Maybe we’ll finally get the mid-engine Corvette. Hell, maybe we’ll even get a flying car.
Last week, I asked you guys for your 2019 car predictions. Yes, the manufacturers have been planning their new stuff for the past three to five years, but everything will be new to us, at least. We’re the ones that matter.
I think we’re going to see an onslaught of crossovers and SUVs from Cadillac. The future of the brand seems to be in flux currently. To stay profitable and competitive, General Motors likely has plans for a bunch crossovers since Cadillac is pretty late to the game. There’s some catching up to do.
Anyway, let’s see what you guys think will happen.
Green (Mojonaut)
Hopefully we’ll go more green this year.
Jimny (medhat1)
We, like, really need it.
Interest Rates (Locksmith-of-Love)
It’ll all stem from this.
Subaru (Warcabbit)
The WRX line will live on.
Disruption (RogerThat)
Be careful out there, everyone.
A New F-150 (Drg84)
Maybe!
“Features” (Left Lane is for Passing)
How about a car that just drives?
Belt Lines (scramboleer)
Oh, fantastic!!!
Madness (CarsofFortLangley)
Probably true.
Motorsports (Michael Park)
This is positive.
Cascading Doom and Gloom (cycle-hoarder)
Start being smart with your money, it might already be too late.
Cheap EVs (Rusty Starship)
This is a very good thing.
Lotus (Max Jamieson)
I am all over this idea.
British Cars (Jordan)
Brexit!
Buick Regal Torks (Margin Of Error)
Sad.
Rotary (Soviet suplus flying fortress of fun)
The return of the rotary won’t be that great.
Expensive (drewcrosby)
Ugh, God. Not wrong.
