Apparently, just to shut us up about our grousing about whether or not the Tahoe Hybrid at the Detroit show actually had a real hybrid system underneath its cleaned-up body, the General has announced that production models will be put together at its Arlington Assembly plant outside Dallas. The hybrid system itself will be built in Baltimore, where GM's investing over a hundred mil to ready the plant. Production begins in late '07. In the meantime, maybe new GM PR guy Steve Harris will let us fondle the concept vehicle.
