I know when most people read the phrase "Star Wars-themed food truck" the first thing that pops in their minds is "At last, a convient place to get blue milk!" That's not really the case with the Grillenium Falcon, which, while Star Wars themed, seems to serve normal Earth food.
That's not really a problem when the Earth food served is gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, a food that if you don't enjoy on some level you're probably a toungeless, joyless bastard. The truck is an offshoot of Fayetville, AR's very own Hammontree's Grilled Cheese, which specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with somewhat goofy movie-based names, like "The Scarlet Cheddar" and "Jack To The Future." Of course, for the Grillenium Falcon, they have "Cheebacca" which has sharp white cheddar, pulled BBQ pork, garlic cilantro sauce, grilled onions, and, shockingly NO wookie meat at all. Not even that popular Wookie substitute, Ewok. That seems like a big oversight.
I attempted to contact the Falcon's owner, but it seems like the grilled cheese business is booming, since they were unable to break away from the cheese smeltery to talk. Which is their loss, as I was going to pitch some Star Wars Grilled Cheese truck alternate name ideas, in case they expand. Names like Greedo's Grilledo Cheeseo and Cheese Threepio and Cheese Planet of Hoth and Return of the Cheddi.
Maybe it's best he didn't take the call.
