Elvis Presley had quite the collection of vehicles, including a 1974 Cadillac Fleetwood, a De Tomaso Pantera and a Stutz Blackhawk. He also had an old private jet that sat rusting away for several decades before a YouTuber swept in and saved it from the scrapheap. Instead of returning it to the skies, they did the next best thing and transformed it into a glorious retro camper. - Owen Bellwood Read More

I really like the Ford Maverick. After spending a week and nearly 600 miles behind the wheel of the smallest truck money can buy, I came away thinking about how every truck owner should really just have one of these. That being said, no car is perfect, and the Maverick is no exception. You see, the little truck’s very well-thought-out interior has one bone-headed element: the shifter. It fucking sucks. - Andy Kalmowitz Read More

Tesla’s Cybertruck is not only a scourge on society with its awful looks and poor truck performance, it’s also out for blood. After the truck was found to be slicing legs with its super sharp edges, a Cybertruck passenger has now been left in need of emergency care after slashing their hand while trying to open the door. - Owen Bellwood Read More

In 2003, a fleet of white Toyota Hilux trucks was loaded into an Antonov An-124 on the tarmac of Spain’s Málaga Airport. Operated by cargo carrier Aircompany Polet, the An-124 was capable of flying the highest gross payload at the time - aside from the gargantuan An-225. It was loaded up and took off on its way to Iraq, where the U.S.-led military invasion was happening. A combined force of troops from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Poland invaded the country and seized control of the capital city Baghdad. - Cole Pennington Read More

Japanese car culture goes impossibly hard. On the first Saturday of every month car geeks in the area will cruise through the famously busy Shibuya Scramble Crossing in Shibuya, Tokyo. If you want to avoid that Times Square-level of congestion, you can move a block or two away and still catch all of the cool cars setting off for the Scramble. The folks who built and drive these cars took everything to a new level, whether it’s home-brew tuners or Los Angeles-style candy paint lowriders, they don’t half ass any of it. - Bradley Brownell Read More
