No. The biggest gripe is the corporate exploitation of Black people and Black culture. Specifically, the concept that a corporation can create a digital “Black” icon—a fake non-human who doesn’t have the lived experience to be Black, who doesn’t genuinely come from or represent Black people or their culture, but is Read more

My mother is on her 3rd...yes you read that right....3rd Murano. She had one of each generation. Honestly, I cant fault them too much. She has literally only done routine maintenance (tires, oil and brakes) to them. She likes them because they are roomy, stylish, powerful (compared to other CUV’s.), and reliable. Read more

Just look at what happened with the Bronco - Ford promised that Broncos would be built in the order that orders were submitted. Some smaller dealerships took this cue and built a huge organic fanbase with tons of orders by promising below-invoice pricing, excellent service, and tons of perks. Read more

The difference basically comes down to the distinction between profit and profiteering. If you, as an individual, buy a Corvette and then resell it for a profit, you assumed a risk in your original purchase that maybe you’re wrong about the market and you end up break even or even losing. Even if we’re all in Read more

Cool. Now put that 77 KwH battery in a $40K FWD base model with 200 HP and let me go 400 miles on a charge. Read more

Anyone know who is leading this class action lawsuit.. I been sold a 2015 veloster from the dealership and they knew about this issue with these engines. Never did they reveal to me about this problem. 4 months later engine light comes on, consumes oil and they telling me that i need to replace the engine, out of my Read more

Fabricating failures will happen when you have compulsory inspections done by people whos paycheck is dependent upon commissions from customers failing said inspection. The state should have fixed rate semi-retired people doing the inspections who are unaffiliated with any repair facility to negate this.  Read more

This car will forever be the undisputed king of people seeing off-lease examples for sale, thinking “I can have Maserati for that much?!?!”, and subsequently having their lives ruined. The forums are absolutely incredible. Read more

It’s not just that EVs are concentrated in California. They’re concentrated in a few areas of California - pretty much just the Bay Area and the LA-Orange-SD coast. Where I live, you can’t turn around without seeing a Tesla on the road. If the statewide percentage is <2%, that means they’re basically absent anywhere Read more

Thanks for the honest review.I agree 100% with your opinion on the 4-cyl engine and the “lease special”. This vehicle should be about $80K base, anything else is just a low-budget grab for a Porsche badge — any buyer for this vehicle would be *much* better served by a $65K Audi SQ5.

We just traded our 2021 Macan S for a new Taycan and made a little profit after driving around for a year because of the chip shortage. Even though we only had it a year, the Macan was dollar for dollar one of the most pleasant cars I’ve ever had. Fast, comfortable, luxurious with the right options. That said, it Read more

I’ve sat in one and it’s basically a slightly bigger, taller hot hatch compared to say a GolfR, which is perfect for me vs. the German compact crossovers which are much bigger.  I am not a fan of this refreshed front fascia, but I will be looking seriously into a prior version S in a couple of years. Just need to Read more

Ehh...250ish HP, 6-speed manual and the rare optional Elite Package (rear “buckets” ) make it have some fizz on it’s downward trajectory. Personally I'd prefer the Skyline nee G35 available in the same time frame, but it had merits.

Yeah, the hate the Maxima gets is weird. It’s slightly faster than the old V6 Accords, and people here gush over how fast those were. It also handles a lot better than the old V6 Accord. Read more

I was always a bit puzzled with those rebates.
They were never intended to help poor but rather move EVs closer to ICE price point to make them more appealing. Still, EVs are priced higher than typical economy car and require infrastructure many don’t have access to.
So in the end, they only help higher class of car Read more

You can get a very decently optioned X5 for thst kind of money. Despite being burned on an X5 diesel back in the day, I’d still rather get a new X5 over the Acura for that kind of money.  Read more
