I’ve seen that warning on plenty of receipts. I uploaded the receipt, and all I did was highlight where it says “PREM” and blacked out the digits of his card. Read more
The station tank was probably half or more full of 91 octane when the diesel was added so that could be why it ran ok on diesel. Read more
Diesel is cheaper than that in the region, $3.45 a gallon is the price for premium at a near by station and $3.09 is the price for diesel.

I was pretty sure they were marginally larger for just that reason. I think I remember my mom once saying she went to fill up and couldn’t figure out why the nozzle wouldn’t fit until she realized that it was the wrong one.
