E30. 'Round about these parts, it's the answer to every question almost a much as the Miata is. And why wouldn't it be? With a combination of understated good looks, compact size and rear-wheel-drive, it's hard to go wrong with a 1980s 3-Series. It's even better in super-sexy M3 trim.
I like this picture of the E30 M3 because although the photographer is different, it reminds me quite a bit of a wallpaper we featured a few months ago of a Porsche 911 from around the same era. And here the lights feature the famous striped colors of the M badge, which is pretty damned cool.
