This is a 1968 Gulf/Mirage Ford GT40. Owned by McQueen. Sold for $11,000,000. Would you take it to the airport to pick up somebody you know?

Photographer Blair Bunting shot it at Pebble Beach's RM Auctions where it went for $11 million. Undeniably, it is a thing of beauty.

So yes, it's one of the most desirable American cars ever made. It's certainly the most expensive, but it's lacking a few things. There's a passenger seat, but there's not a lot of room for bags. Either grandma is carrying her flower-print luggage on her lap, or it's staying on the carousel. And it gets a little warm in the cockpit with a five liter V8 a few inches behind the firewall, so we hope she didn't put on too many sweaters.

So are you sure you'd take this racing legend to pick somebody up at the airport?
