How much luggage did American families need to strap to the roof of their full-size Chrysler wagons back in 1965? Plenty!

I found this 1965 Chrysler Town & Country station wagon at an East Bay self-service wrecking yard last weekend, and it boasts a wide range of cool stuff in addition to the monstrous roof rack. Check out this speedometer/idiot-light setup, for example! The engine appears to be the good ol' 383, an engine that's still pretty easy to find; most likely this one will be gobbled up by The Crusher in a few weeks.
