Consider it a friendly reminder why it's dangerous to stand in the middle of a highway.

I'm very confused, it looks like this road is closed so the News crew is not standing in the middle of an active highway. Those barricades should have been marked with reflective tape though so this is more of a fail on the road crew who set them up. Also why was the truck driving on that portion of the road to begin with?!
