Why It's Dangerous For News Crews To Stand On Highways

...because they could get run over by semi trucks, just like this news crew nearly did.

KIRO 7 TV in Seattle nearly got flattened by an eighteen wheeler while reporting on another traffic site just the other day.

Consider it a friendly reminder why it's dangerous to stand in the middle of a highway.

I'm very confused, it looks like this road is closed so the News crew is not standing in the middle of an active highway. Those barricades should have been marked with reflective tape though so this is more of a fail on the road crew who set them up. Also why was the truck driving on that portion of the road to begin with?!
