Turkey's protests have spread from Istanbul across the country, which is why this riot control vehicle was recently video'd driving through Ankara. What it doesn't explain is why the truck is shooting water at random cars driving by.

My best guess is that something protest-ey was happnening in the bus stop the riot truck is driving by in this video put up on Live Leak about 16 hours ago. The truck doesn't really hit the bus stop, though, so it's still unclear to me.
