The nation of automotive enthusiasm is vast and unending but it's made of hundreds if not thousands of islands of subculture. There are more niches than ever and we'd like to know which automotive subculture is your favorite?
The land of the rising sun is a leading producer of odd little subcultures, and one of our favorites is the practice of converting boxy little Kei cars into miniature versions of American vans and SUVs. It's both charming and impressive. These baby-sized Broncos and very-small Vandura's are so well done that unless you put one side-by-side with its inspiration you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference.
So how about you? What incredibly esoteric, bizarre, amusing or awesome automotive subculture do you just love?
