Surprising winter storms hit the Middle East recently, and a new video shows none other than King Abdullah II of Jordan helping to push a family's stranded car out of the snow.

Advertisement reports that the king was driving through Amman when he saw the car and stopped to help. At the end of the video you can hear people chanting, "Long live his majesty the king."

Advertisement reports that the video is now blowing up on social media with similar good feelings.

Now is the time when I will point out that this could just be a PR stunt, though you would think a PR video would be recorded in something better than 240p.

King Abdullah enjoys sky diving, rally racing, scuba diving, football, and science fiction. He promotes tourism in Jordan, having acted as a tour guide for Discovery Channel travel host Peter Greenberg in order to produce a show called "Jordan: The Royal Tour".[25] In the program the king notes that since assuming the throne, he is no longer permitted to sky dive. King Abdullah also likes motorcycles, and toured Northern California on a Harley-Davidson in July 2010.[26]

Abdullah II might just be Jalop.
