The name Gigi Galli isn't well known in the drift scene, but maybe it should be.

The Italian ex-WRC driver was known for getting sideways on a rally stage. Even in retirement at an ice driving school, he keeps it as sideways as possible.

Of particular note is the spinsies entry he pulls on his passenger. Was that 540 degrees or 720? Oh, and his ride-along none other than the legendarily unflappable Markku Alén, who knows some italian from his days of winning rallies and a driver's championship in Fiats and Lancias back in the '70s.
