Just looking at the dent in that complex, pressed steel body panel sort of makes me feel uneasy in the stomach; that would be hell to try and beat out with normal methods. What’s going on here may look improbable, but seems to work remarkably well.
The method is known, humbly, as the ‘Miracle System.’ It seems to work by rapidly tack-welding on small tabs/hooks that bear and distribute the load and force of the pulling evenly, allowing complex, multi-part panels to be re-formed with what looks like relative ease.
Has anyone ever used this system, or seen it in action? Is it as effective and satisfying as it seems?
