
This is Stéphane Lefebvre at WRC’s Rally Poland. You might think that his car was done for the day. This was not the case.
According to rally rules, you’re allowed to continue so long as all four wheels are attached to your car and rolling, which Lefebvre barely qualified for.
In any case, he made it back to service, got the car fixed, and finished out the event.

The suspension was damaged, but they couldn’t get the wheel off to try and fix it. The solution was to drive down the road until the tyre burst, whip off the bent suspension parts and bash them with rocks until they were straight-ish. Reassemble and go back to flat-out driving...
